BIRTHDAY PARTY

On June 5th we celebrated Macie's and Treyson's Birthdays. It was such a fun day. Thanks to all of our Family and Friends who came and CELEBRATED with us. They kids had a blast playing together and I would say the Adults had a great time visiting and making new acquaintances.

For the Birthday Dinner, we had BBQ'd Hamburgers and Hotdogs. Lots of salads and sides, and yummy desserts.

Trey dove right into his cupcake!! He is our little munch mouth. He will eat anything you put in front of him.

Macie and Treyson are such a joy to have in our family. We love them to pieces. They are both learning ang growing so much. It is such a blessing to be parents. We love every moment.

Easter 2010

We had a Great Easter!! Cody & I Both had to work Saturday, so we did our best to fit it in the little bit of time that we did have.

Macie is so much fun. She is do good to just go with the flow and do whatever. She loved coloring, finding and rolling the Easter Eggs. She also had to have Tiny, her Bunny out to play. Tiny has grown alot since we got her/him last year. It seems like just yesterday we were doing the Easter thing last year.

Treyson is our "BOY" for sure. He also had fun coloring and rolling the eggs. While we were coloring eggs he wouldn't keep his hands out if the color. He had blue fingers for a couple days. He also enjoyed smashing the eggs, before and after they were colored. He is an animal, but such a blast. His little personality is definitely coming out. He loved rolling the eggs. He would drop his egg and then nearly bounce off my lap with excitement as it rolled down the hill. I sure wish I could figure out how to download videos, he was so stickin cute.

We hope everyone had a fun and memorable weekend. Thanks to everyone who "Eastered" with us. It is always fun to be with family. Even when our numbers are few.

We Love You All

Betty Birds

Macie's new favorite thing is helping Uncle Kenley with his BIRDS! She first was curious about them about a year ago. Kenley had a little Merlin similar to the one in the pictures. Its name was Betty. Macie would get by her, but really didn't want to hold her or touch her. Uncle Kenley then left for 6 months and while he was gone he had to get rid of Betty. Everytime he and Macie would talk on the phone while he was gone she would always ask him about Betty.

Now Uncle Kenley has been home for a few months and he went out and caught a new "Betty Bird", I think he chose this kind just for Macie. She loves this "Betty Bird". I'm not sure that we've really decided on a name for it yet, but Macie calls it Betty, so thats what we go with.

As you can see Macie now loves Betty. The first pictures were taken in December. She then decided earlier this month that it was Trey's turn to meet Betty. So in the second group of pictures, Uncle Kenley showed the bird to Trey and then Macie got to. In some he is okay with the idea and in others not so much.

I know that Macie makes her Uncle Kenley a proud Uncle. Thanks Kenley for being so patient with her and letting her explore a new thing. Macie and Trey love you very much.

Treyson's First Hair Cut

Treyson had his 1st Haircut on the 3rd of this month. Trey did so well. He just sat on Cody's lap and smiled nearly the whole time. He is our little handsome man!! Aunt Shelly did such a great job. We love her. Thanks Aunt Shelly.

Happy Birthday Papa Richard

Happy Birthday Papa Richard. Thanks for being an awesome Grandpa. We had so much fun spending the weekend with you. We love you so much. Hope you have a wonderful day!!
