GO COUGARS!!

We've had a couple opportuntities to go watch the Cougars play Football. We love football season, and espeacially love to go to the games. The first game was the Florida State Game. Cody was invited to go by Andrew Fegan, a guy that is in his Academy Class. At this game they got to be down on the sidelines during the pregame stuff. Cody was like a little kid in a candy shop being on the sidelines. He got to be up close with the coaches and players. He also saw BYU Legend Ty Detmer. Cody had alot of fun, too bad BYU didn't have as much fun.
The next game was the Colorado State game. We were invited by Cody's parents. We always look forward to being able to go to a game with them. We went to the BYU bookstore and bought some Game Day Shirts. While we were in the Bookstore, we were standing in line to check out and Macie started yelling "GO BYU", "GO COUGARS"! It was super cute. The guy ahead of us turned around and said, "she's being raised right!!" When she wants you to know what she is thinking, she is definitely her daddy's girl. Not afraid of what people think. She is so much fun and always keeps us on our toes. Before the game, we met Cody's Aunt Ann and Uncle Gary for lunch at Outback. It was good to see them and visit for a little bit. Then we headed over to the Stadium. Macie loved the game. She would cheer when the crowd would cheer, and sing the last line of the school song after the touchdowns. She is our little Cougar fan. Treyson did so good for his first game. He was so happy the whole time. He kept trying to fall asleep. Just as he would close his eyes, BYU would make a good play and startle him and wake him us. Finally Granny Annie, held his ear against her on one side and plugged his other ear, then he fell fast asleep for pretty much the rest of the game. BYU won this game and it was alot of fun to be there. Thanks Granny Annie and Papa Richard for letting us go to the game with you!!!
